Detox the Mind with Meditation & Mindfulness

Weekly Meditation Classes in Cardiff

6th January – 10th February

It’s important to flush out the toxins from our body, but it’s even more important to detox our mind. Toxic thought patterns and emotions, like worry, anger, self-hatred and discontent, destroy our inner peace and happiness and produce many unpleasant symptoms such as stress, fatigue, ill health and a feeling of being overwhelmed. Meditation and mindfulness are tried and tested techniques for clearing out all toxic mental patterns and replacing them with deeply peaceful, positive and realistic states of mind. This series of classes are suitable to both beginners and more experienced meditators alike.

Five week meditation course

Mondays 6:30pm – 7:30pm

13th January: Overcoming worry and anxiety

20th January: Letting go of anger and blame

27th January: Freedom from self-criticism

3rd February: Dispelling discontent

10th February: Lightening up

    Paul Davies

    Paul has been studying for over 17 years and has a warm, humorous approach to teaching Dharma.
    Paul teaches in Cardiff and Newport and gives courses in the Centre.

    Please note we are a registered charity (1039234) and this fee covers the running costs; the teacher and the assistant do not receive payment.
    You do not need to book in advance- these are drop-in classes.
