On this four week workshop we will learn to use the basic tools of meditation and mindfulness to find peace in the midst of a busy world, insight into the workings of our own mind, and a more open-hearted and compassionate approach to life. While each class is self-contained, for maximum benefit it is advisable to attend the whole course.
June 24 Finding inner peace through meditation
July 1 Letting go of anger, fear and resentment
July 8 Freeing ourselves from worry and anxiety
July 15 Living with wisdom and clarity
