To enjoy a meaningful human life we need merit, a long life and wisdom. Amitayus retreat is the principal method for increasing our lifespan, merit and wisdom and is open to everyone. It is traditional for Kadampa centres to engage in short retreat on this beautiful practice early in the year. There will be an introduction to the retreat on the Friday evening with the retreat sessions themselves being unguided.
