‘Becoming a Friend of the World’

To fulfil our potential for pure happiness and become a real friend of the world Buddha taught the practise the bodhisattva’s way of life, known as the Six Perfections. These are the actual path to Buddhahood.

On this half day course Kadam Paul will introduce the Six Perfections and explain how we can practise them in the context of our busy daily lives. After lunch (2 to 2.50pm) there will be an optional Bodhisattva Vow Ceremony, in which we can take the Bodhisattva vow by making the strong determination to attain enlightenment, motivated by compassion for all living beings, through engaging in the practise of the Six Perfections.
