Half Day Course with Sue Jenkins
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. During this course you will gain practical experience of meditation, and learn how to integrate meditation in to your daily life. By learning to make our mind peaceful, we can find freedom from our worries and mental discomfort, and experience true happiness. There is no greater meaning than this.

Sue Jenkins has been a student of Ven Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 40 years and has taught at a number of Kadampa Centres in the UK. As a working mum she is able to share her practical experience of putting dharma into practice in a busy modern and professional life.
