The Oral Instructions of the Mahamudra
This retreat is open to everyone and is based on the instructions explained In ‘The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
The meditations of this practice are profound and transformative, and the very essence of Buddha’s teachings of Sutra and Tantra. Through gaining familiarity with them we will gain the ability to identify and understand the nature of our own mind: the union of our own great bliss and emptiness.
The sessions will include Buddhist chanted prayers, a teaching and guided meditation.
Session Times: 10am-11am, 12pm-1pm, 3pm-4pm
Weekend price is £25, or you might be interested in our 30 day online membership package for £20.
