Lunchtime Meditation

Time to take a break from whatever you are doing and bring some calm and focus into your day. In these twenty five minute sessions experienced Kadampa teachers will guide simple meditations that are easy to incorporate into your busy life. The classes include practical advice from Buddhist teachings on how to maintain a peaceful and positive approach to life.  Suitable for everyone.
