Learn to Meditate
Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a positive approach to life. It is easy to do and something everyone can learn.
Normally we look for happiness outside our mind, spending most of our free time and energy chasing material wealth, a better reputation and pleasurable experiences. This relentless pursuit can often leave us feeling exhausted and dissatisfied.
On this course we will learn how we already have a true source of peace and contentment within our own heart, which we can access any time through meditation. We can learn to give ourselves a break from our restless thoughts and desires and find joy in the simple things that come our way.

About the teacher
Ian has been studying and teaching meditation for over fifteen years and presents Buddha’s teaching in a simple and practical way for our busy modern lives.
