Meditation is a method to heal our mind by replacing negative patterns ofthought and emotion with deeply peaceful, positive and realistic states of mind. With a calm, clear and happy mind, we can begin to build satisfying relationships and steer our lives in a meaningful direction.
About the teacher
Adrian has been practising Kadampa Buddhism for over 12 years. He is married with a family and works with people suffering from addictions, and his a warmth, compassion and practical wisdom come through strongly in his teachings.
Adrian teaches the Monday evening class in KMC Wales and gives day courses in the Centre.
