Meditation Morning Course
Our lives don’t just happen to us, as if we are a puppet on a string. Our thoughts and actions create our life.
Through learning to control our mind we can create a meaningful and enjoyable life.
There will be two sessions with a tea break in the middle. In each session there will be guided meditations, a short talk and time for questions and answers. No special clothing is necessary, and there are both meditation cushions and chairs to sit on. The course is suitable for both complete beginners and those who already have some experience of meditation.
