The Art of Peace
Meditation Morning Course
Wherever we are, whatever we are doing, whoever we are with, in the centre of our heart we can be at peace. Peace is an art everyone can learn.
Meditation is a method to cultivate a deeply peaceful and positive mind. On this practical course we will learn how to begin a daily meditation practice, and how to bring the resulting stillness, clarity and confidence into our daily life. Even when life gets hectic and chaotic, we will find that a regular meditation practice helps us stay calm, light and positive in the midst of trying circumstances.
There will be two sessions with a tea break in the middle. In each session there will be guided meditations, a short talk and time for questions and answers. No special clothing is necessary, and there are both meditation cushions and chairs to sit on. The course is suitable for both complete beginners and those who already have some experience of meditation.
Paul has been studying for over 15 years and has a warm, humorous approach to teaching Dharma.
Paul teaches in Newport (Gwent) and gives courses in the centre.
