The Benefits of Compassion
Avalokiteshvara is the embodiment of the compassion of all Buddhas.
This retreat will consist of guided meditations, chanted meditations, visualization practices and mantra recitation, through which our experience of the stages of the path, especially our realization of universal compassion will naturally grow strong. Ultimately we will attain Buddhahood in Avalokiteshvara’s Pure Land, the Pure Land of Bliss.
To obtain full benefit from the retreat it is best to attend all sessions, but if this is not possible you can attend any sessions you are able to on a drop-in basis.
The retreat is suitable for all levels from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
