The Empowerment of Buddha Amitayus - A Solution To Modern Problems

With National Spiritual Director Kadam Bridget Heyes

Understand how by relying with faith on Buddha Amitayus we can attain the lifespan, wisdom and merit we need to overcome all our obstacles, and how the lasting happiness of the Pure Land of Bliss is not far away.

Inspired by the renowned Buddhist master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, Kadam Bridget Heyes will teach us how to reduce stress and anxiety, find inner peace and serenity, and get the most meaning out of our life. In particular, she will share the special meditation practice of Buddha Amitayus, which is a powerful method to heal and strengthen our mind.

Kadam Bridget Heyes, a dedicated disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, is the UK National Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU. She presents Buddha's teachings with exceptional clarity, skill and wisdom, showing how people can easily integrate the teachings into their daily life.

This annual Dharma celebration is a special opportunity to enjoy spiritual teachings, guided meditations and to spend time with like-minded people and friends.
