Springfield HouseBuilding project update

Our current phase of building work is nearing completion with the remaining rooms of the rear-right wing being converted in bedrooms. The attic is completed and we have 3 residents living there. The  3 ground floor bedrooms are about to be carpeted. Meanwhile the first floor  conversion is underway. One room was completed last weekend and a resident moved in immediately. Two further rooms are in  progress on this floor. Partitions have been erected and our electricians and plasterers are at work in this area. Two new sash windows which will overlook our back garden are also to be fitted.

Middle floor roomRooms available

We  will have three rooms to rent  from mid march.  Rent is £250 per month, plus food and household £40 and facility fee £35. The centre is situated within walking distance of the city centre although the immediate environment is very peaceful, with views overlooking Swansea Bay and surrounded by parkland. It is an ideal environment to attend classes, study and meditate. In this way you will increase your inner peace and by contributing to the community will benefit all living beings- a truly meaningful life. If you would like to find out more, or sample life here by doing a working visit, please contact the Admin Director.

Fundraising update

Our  Autumn and Christmas fundraising was  successful  and we raised  £10,000 which was used to cover building costs. Thank you very much for your donations and goodwill. To complete the first floor accommodation  and meet our other commitments we  need to raise another £6000 immediately. If you are able to help  the centre by making an interest free loan  then please contact the Admin director. Alternatively you might wish to make an online donation below.
